Is there a phone number or live chat I can use?

The Help Desk is available 7 days a week to help with technical issues and certificate program questions. You can use the in-platform live chat to reach them.

Look for the chat icon in the lower right corner and click to start a chat.


Help Desk's live chat hours are:

Weekdays

9am to 10pm ET

Weekends

1pm to 10pm ET

You're welcome to leave a message in the chat widget outside of these hours and the Help Desk will follow up via email as soon as they're available.

You might occasionally receive a text message from us. You’re welcome to text back or call the number — there is a human on the other end!
