When should I contact the Help Desk?

The Help Desk is available to assist with any technical issues you encounter in the platform. They can also answer questions about policies and how certificate programs work. Here are some reasons you might contact the Help Desk:

Policy Questions

Assignment submission errors

Enrollment process

Broken links in lessons

Extensions

Password reset / login help

Defer or withdraw from a program

Software issues (e.g. Asana)

Certificates and badges

The Help Desk is available 7 days a week to answer questions via email at [email protected]. The Help Desk is available for live chats in the Pathstream platform during these hours:

Weekdays

9am to 10pm ET

Weekends

1pm to 10pm ET
