Some Labs load directly in your browser while others require you to have the Pathstream desktop app. The first time you click “Launch Lab” on one of these labs the app should automatically download. If it downloads but does not open, your security settings may be blocking it.

If you are on a Mac computer, click on this link to download the app directly.
If you are on a Windows computer, click on this link to download the app directly.

If these steps do not work, you can try to see if any anti-virus software you have installed is blocking the app from being downloaded. If possible on your computer, set the Pathstream app to “Allow”.

NOTE that the app will not work on a Chromebook.
