What’s New in Your Learning Experience

Updated this week

Effective June 23, 2025

You may notice your Pathstream homepage and course pages look a little different—that’s because we’ve made some updates to improve your learning experience! These changes are designed to make it easier to navigate, understand your progress, and stay on track—especially if you’re learning on the go. Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s changed and why.

✅ What’s Improved

Easier navigation and visibility into your progress:

It’s now simpler to see what you’ve completed, what’s coming up, and what’s in progress—all in one organized view. The Resume Learning button helps you jump back in faster, right where you left off.

New feedback page:

After you submit a project or quiz, you can now easily view all instructor feedback in one place.

Progress based on assessments:

Your progress is now tracked through your assessments—quizzes and projects—since these determine whether you pass your course. You’ll also see a clear Pass or No Pass label on each course. If a course isn’t passed yet, you’ll see what’s missing and what to do next.

Better support access:

It’s now easier to get help. You’ll see support resources right on the course overview page.

A more mobile-friendly layout:

It’s now easier to use Pathstream on your phone. While some lessons and projects may still require a desktop, this new layout is clean, simple, and a huge step in Pathstream being able to make learning even more accessible.

📌 FAQs

Where did my lesson progress bar go?

You’ll now see progress based on your completed assessments—quizzes and projects—which are the most important steps toward passing your course.

Why does it say No Pass on a course I thought I completed?

“No Pass” means you haven’t yet met all the requirements to pass the course. Check the My Grades page to see what’s missing—you might need to improve a score or finish an assessment.

Where can I see my instructor’s feedback?

All feedback from your instructor is now in one place. Just go to the My Grades page and click Read Feedback next to each assignment.

How do I know what to do next?

The updated homepage shows what’s completed, what’s in progress, and what’s coming up. Look for the Resume Learning button to jump right back into your current lesson.

Can I still see all my courses and certificates?

Yes! You’ll see your certificates at the top, and any standalone courses under “My Courses.” The new top-to-bottom format makes it easier to follow your progress step by step.

Where is the ‘Currently Learning’ tab?

We’ve removed the separate tab, but don’t worry—the Resume Learning button is still easy to find within each course card.

Why does my course say it’s locked or unavailable?

If your course shows as “Locked” or has an access date listed, that just means it hasn’t started yet. You’ll see a message letting you know when you’ll be able to access it.

What if I still have questions?

You can always reach out to your instructor, or contact our support team to address technical questions using the live chat feature. We’re here to help you stay on track!
