What kind of support is available for learners with disabilities?

Updated over a month ago

We try our best to adhere to the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium. Particularly, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1, of which we strive to reach an AA standard. We also work closely with our partners and ensure we meet any additional accessibility needs. We regularly audit our platform. Principles we follow include:

  • Self-paced learning: Learners can take lessons at their own pace

  • Alternative media: Captions and transcripts are available for all videos, and images have text versions

  • Full keyboard functionality: Our platform includes knowledge checks and exercises

  • Colorblind-friendly design: The contrast and palette allow for ease of reading

  • No flashing content

Please reach out to your instructional team, who will work with you to identify appropriate accommodations and ensure you have the support you need. You can contact them directly via email (look for their contact information on the Resources page of your course, or reply to one of their weekly emails).
